What???? So, because I wear an 8.5 instead of a 9.5, I should pay $109 instead of $32.99? As if I control my shoe size… Thanks a lot amazon! I’m rating these shoes based on trying them on at a store in the local mall. I was jazzed to buy them at $70 off, but I’m screwed because I don’t wear a bigger size. Great.

Customer Review: A shoe for my feet.
These run very true to size. The style is dressy, yet very comfortable. I can wear these with jeans or a business suit. There is only one thing I was not happy about, they are all man made materials. I guess that is the trend now, but I prefer leather. And the price… $17.99 is a bargain.

Customer Review: Great until they fell apart….
I used these only for walking and took great care of them because I spent more than I normally would for a pair of shoes to get the added support. I had them for 5 months until the back of the bottom of the shoe started to tear off. I am extremely disappointed in the craftsmanship. The shoe does do great things for those of us with flat feet, but they are not cheap to replace every few months.
UPDATE: I took them back to New Balance and they gave me the 1123’s for free as a replacement. They said they blew out, which is a manufacture falw. So… I am happy! I am going to leave my review for these shoes the same, and I will soon write a review of the 1123’s.

I am so glad this shoe was still around. I had a previous version and loved it and was only too happy to buy another pair. Came in perfect new shape. Probably will buy another pair. New Balance always has made the right kind of show for my body type.
