I have been running on this shoe and its many predecessors since the mid-1990’s, averaging about 25-50 miles/week over the entire period - all on the Adidas Supernova Trail and all injury-free. The shoe is comfortable, durable - a winner all the way. It is equally comfortable on easy trails, challenging trails, as well as pavement. You can also take them hiking no problem. They seem to have many different color patterns and look good too. - at least until you head through your first puddle. Everybody’s foot and running style is a little different, so you need to find the shoe that works for you. But if this one fits, I would recommend it.
